Southtowns Radiology offers advanced technology for enhanced communication between our facilities and physicians. This includes our Picture Archiving Communications System (PACS) which enables physicians to access the same database and archive as Southtowns Radiology, from the physician's location.
Our state-of-the-art PACS utilizes secure encrypted web protocol and allows our radiologists to perform primary interpretation anytime, anywhere, while enabling consults with the physician from any location. The system allows doctors to use standard off-the shelf PCs and all that is needed to access images is a Web Browser and an Internet connection.
